New Zealand Rugby has fired John Plumtree and Brad Mooar on Friday in the aftershock of the series loss to Ireland this month.
In their places they have appointed Jason Ryan as the new forward coach who will join the team this week.
Coach Ian Foster who still hangs on to his job said that he really feels for the two coaches and that them for their enormous contribution to All Blacks.
It looks like New Zealand rugby feels their problems lied with attacking and forward play which is a bit strange as it rather looked that they had no structure in defence.
One will have to wait and see if these changes will make a difference.
